As a Principal Consultant,
John Kapp
brings over 30 years of technology experience to The Small Biz Tech, a
local technology partnership
based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana that specializes in helping small
businesses and professional firms integrate technology into
business processes, mentoring business executives in technology
matters, and helping businesses improve the control of operational
and financial systems.
Prior to joining The Small Biz Tech, he has owned and/or managed businesses in Baton Rouge for
more than 25 years. He has operational and management experience
in personnel, marketing and sales, customer relations, inventory
management, collections, vendor relations, and strategic planning.
As a business owner, he has the real world experience necessary to
relate to the personal and business problems faced by other
business owners, presidents, and CEOs in today’s highly
competitive environment.
Bonnie Mills brings over 20 years of software support experience
to the The Small Biz Tech. Her experience includes database
programming, medical practice management software support, legal
case management software support and general accounting product
support. Her unique skills include medical billing, law office
case management and her ability to work with vendors to find
solutions for the customers business needs.
She has extensive experience working with clients to implement software features that
enhance users work performance. She has worked with legal,
medical, and general accounting clients to help them get
effective use of their software and to assist them with
everything from upgrades to daily operation.
