NeatDesk is a high-speed duplex scanner and digital filing system. The scanner handles business cards, receipts, and full page, dual sided documents. The package includes NeatWorks 4.0 software which allows you to save digital copies of your receipts and records vendors, dates, and totals. The NeatWorks software also captures data from business cards, creates searchable PDF documents, and provides a framework for creating a digital filing system for your home or business documents.
It also works with other scanning software such as PaperPort Pro, through the use of a standard Twain interface. The unit includes a 1 year hardware warranty.
